The Game
Guardians of Kelthas is set in the rich fantasy world of Cyrolia. Following the suspicious death of the last Emperor, a struggle for succession has begun within the Imperial Family. As the Imperial Legions are recalled to join in the civil war, ordinary citizens have been left defenseless. In response, the Guild of Adventurers has chartered the first Hero Companies, mercenary organizations charged with securing the Empire’s frontiers and defending the people against rampaging monsters.

As the director of one of these companies, you will command a diverse group of heroes, fielding them to combat both dangerous monsters and rival companies. To survive, you will need to hire the best commanders, find the greatest artifacts, and cast some of the most powerful magic rituals in the Empire. To become profitable, you will need to use all your skills and strategies to defeat challenging computer opponents, then take your competition to the next level in battles with other players from across the globe. |
For some directors, even greater
challenges await. Sinister forces are at work within the Empire of
Kelthas, and the chaos of the civil war has renewed old hatreds. Those
who seek to shape the future of the Empire may take up the challenges
of the Campaigns, engaging in battles that may yield the ultimate
allies for their company—or bring about the ruin of all Cyrolia. |
