I would say a combination of walk the plank, some great butt workouts would help firm you up

But this is taking things to another level I mean getting ripped muscles like this with 5% bodyfat is pretty dangerous as well. It may look insane but its also pretty dangerous.

The body needs some fat and this is tooo much!
